The Fine Print

Privacy

The short version: we don't track you, we don't sell anything, and we only see what you choose to send us.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

What we collect

  • Contact form. When you send a message, your name, email address, topic and message are emailed to the club inbox so an organizer can reply. The website itself doesn't keep a copy.
  • Google Forms. Tournament registration and photo submissions use Google Forms. Whatever you enter there (for example name, email, phone number or photos) goes to the club's Google account and is used only for that event or for the club photo album.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't do

  • No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your information.
  • We don't send newsletters unless you ask to join one.

Things stored in your browser

The site remembers two small settings on your own device — which photo tab you last viewed in Club Moments, and whether you prefer the shared album as a slideshow or a collage — so the page opens the way you left it. They never leave your browser.

Other websites

Some parts of the site come from other services: the shared photo album (photos are loaded from Google Drive), the how-to video (YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode), and links to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and our partners' shops. When you use or visit those, their own privacy policies apply.

Photos

Photos in the shared album are reviewed by a club organizer before they're published. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, just ask and we'll take it down.

Questions or removal requests
